Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • All returns should be in their original packaging and in a resellable manner.
  • Products with stains, marks, or damages caused by the customer will not be eligible for returns.
  • A return shipping fee of £3.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
  • Custom or altered products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Products eligible for exchange must meet the same return criteria listed above.
  • We will process an exchange request after verifying the condition of the returned item.
  • Customers will bear the shipping costs for exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Exchange requests should be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
